Classified as a British Ancient Monument, this medieval manor house has a conservatory with stained glass windows, and a log fire in the dining room.Mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086, The Manor House offers free Wi-Fi and free parking on site. You can rent boats and cycles nearby, and there is a local gastropub less than 5 minutes’ walk away.Rooms are individually decorated in their own unique style. Rooms also come with pure-silk or faux-fur bed covers, an LCD TV, a fridge, and facilities for making tea and coffee.Traditional English breakfast is served in The Manor House’s billiard room, and includes free-range eggs and dry cured bacon. A Tudor inglenook fireplace dating from 1539, is featured in the lounge.Bristol city centre is 14 miles from the building.
